Memories for Virtual Leavers' Assembly

Hello everyone! As you and your parents now know, our intention is to create a Virtual Leavers' Assembly for us all to enjoy and celebrate your time at Carlton Primary. Having sat through six years of Leavers' Assemblies (the majority of you), you know that one of most looked forward to elements is the memories section.
We would love for all of you to send in your most poignant memory of your time here. For some there will be over six years of memories, others a few and for some just one or two. However, the length of time you have been with us is not quite as important as the actual time you have been together.
So, call or face-time your friends and chat about what you can remember. Think about each year group you have been in and each teacher and teaching assistants you have had. Then reflect on the visits or visitors that were part of each year. Below are listed some things to help you, but chatting to your friends will help more. Have fun reminiscing then choose one memory to share: it may be a confession, a sporting or musical memory, an art or science memory, a forest schools or DT memory - there are endless things you have done, you just need to talk about school and they will come flooding back!
Suggestions:

Cricket Day        Yorkshire Wildlife Park        School Plays        Sports Day
Robin Hood's Bay            Robinwood                Dragon Days
Selby Abbey            Learning Assembly        Zulu Nation            Author Visits
Dementia First - Drax        Archie Project        Trixie the Dino

We are all looking forward to receiving your lovely memories and to sharing them with the school community and your families. Please enjoy the moment of reflecting on your time at Carlton and be proud of the progress you have made during your time here.
We miss you and send our very best thoughts and love to you all,
Mrs Whisker and Mrs Gay.☺💕
